Catalogs:

Overview

Analogous to UHP water jetting- used where the presence of water is heavily discouraged.

Works by projecting a highly pressurised liquid nitrogen jet (~3500Bar, 60,000psi) which is at a very low temperature (-140C) at a surface with the aim of abrading/cutting the surface to remove the contamination. The technique can be used on a wide variety of materials e.g. metals, concrete, plastics etc.

Can be used to scabble a surface or cut through a material.
